Technical Program Manager, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Act as a strategic business leader and technical program manager partnering directly with internal and external senior leaders to effectively lead the shaping, capture, and delivery of multi-million-dollar U.S. government e nga gements. Lead project teams throughout the sof tware delivery lifecycle of the program to support the client with critical missions. Provide strategic thought leadership regarding technical management, sof tware delivery, system solutioning, and client management for multiple sof tware development projects. Drive all aspects of contract management, finan cia l performance, and budget control of existing programs and debrief executive leadership with finan cia l estimates and ROMs for new development efforts. Maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams of professionals.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in technical solutioning and managing the development of sof tware systems in the DoD, federal government, or commer cia l entities
- Experience with direct support to the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience managing projects using various SDLC models, CMMI, SAFe, and Agile
- Experience with cloud enabled solutions, architecture development, and "As a Service" offerings
- Experience managing contracts over $5 million while acting as Client Relationship Manager
- Experience leading project teams of over 25 FTEs and subcontractors
- Knowledge of all phases of the proposal lifecycle
- Ability to design, modify, develop, write, and implement sof tware programming applications for geospatial systems
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with direct hands-on sof tware development in Java
- Experience with cybersecurity for classified systems
- Knowledge of USG enterprise-wide systems, system-to-system integrations, and system development processes
- Master's degree
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) , DAWIA Level III Program Manager, Agile Certified Professional ( ACP ) , Certified ICAgile Professional, Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) , or AWS Associate or Professional Certification
