Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading the planning, coordination, direction, evaluation and implementation of life-cycle acquisition and logistics support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) projects and/programs. 2) Analyzing regulations and policies concerning and/or affecting FMS country and case management to provide expert guidance with actions directly related to support equipment acquisition and logistics support. 3) Developing and implementing corrective actions, program enhancements, new processes and policy changes to resolve logistics problems/issues. 4) Coordinating and reviewing the work of other personnel assigned to the team, project, or program 5) Identifying specific requirements for funds, manpower, material, facilities, training, and services needed to provide support for the logistics program, and correlating these requirements with overall program plans to assure that needed support is provided as required.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Non-Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification. Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes. SCW level required: Proficiency Level 3
