Position Title: AI/ML Engineer - Mid-Level and we have one Junior-Level role available
Location Information: Leawood, KS (hybrid) or Alexandria, VA (mostly remote)
Position Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for classification, entity resolution, and semantic search.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with architects and product teams.
Contribute to MLOps processes.
Support experimentation and evaluation of architectures.
Build proof-of-concepts and production-level ML services.
Integrate ML systems into scalable data architectures.
Work with large language models and vector embeddings.
Essential Skills, Experience:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with ML models and data.
Knowledge of ML/NLP libraries.
Cloud platform familiarity.
Software development best practices.
Experience in defense/intelligence a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Interest in AI trends and DevOps tools desirable.
