  • Execute scenario scripts and modify injects in real-time based on instructor or mission director guidance.
  • Interface with instructors, mission leads, and evaluators to ensure scenario integrity, timing, and tactical realism.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software simulation issues and escalate system errors to technical support or government POC as required.
  • Support after-action reviews (AARs) by exporting mission logs and debrief tools.
  • Maintain configuration control of all simulation scenarios, event logs, and system performance documentation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems, networks, and/or simulation environments (NGTS, SCULPT, CSP)
  • Ability to follow scripts, timelines, and mission objectives with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work as part of a team during dynamic mission scenarios

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Prior military experience in C2 (13B/1C5X1), aviation operations, or simulation support
  • Familiarity with ACS/CRC/AOC or AWACS operations
  • Experience in using or supporting simulation systems such as MASE, SCULPT, CSP, or equivalent C2 training environments
