Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Lead - Standards and Evaluation Program Manager located in Aviano AB, Italy. The Site Lead responsible for managing and executing the Standardization and Evaluation program in support of a United States Air Force Air Control Squadron (ACS). **This position is located in Aviano AB, Italy (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the lead Stan/Eval program manager for ACS, overseeing execution of all evaluation-related activities across multiple mission positions (ABM, WD, MSO).
  • Manage, direct, and advise unit-level Stan/Eval personnel on scheduling, grading standards, documentation procedures, and AF Form 8/942 workflows.
  • Ensure full compliance with USAF and MAJCOM-level Stan/Eval policies, with an emphasis on AFMAN 13-1 Vol 2, AFMAN 13-1 CRCV2, and AFI 11-202V2.
  • Act as the primary liaison to the Operations Group OGV and Wing-level training and readiness offices.
  • Conduct program audits, evaluations, and readiness inspections to identify trends, deficiencies, and training gaps.
  • Lead preparation for Stan/Eval Boards, standardization reviews, and external inspections (e.g., MAJCOM SAVs or IGUEs).
  • Supervise contractor personnel supporting squadron operations and coordinate closely with project leadership and government stakeholders.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related field
  • 10-15 years as a USAF ABM or 1C5 with at least 8-10 years of experience in Stan/Eval, including time in a Stan/Eval Flight Commander, OGV evaluator, or comparable leadership role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AFMAN 13-1 Vol 2, AFMAN 13-1 CRCV2, and AFI 11-202V2, and associated AF Forms and documentation requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading Stan/Eval programs in support of flying or tactical C2 units (e.g., CRC, AWACS, ACS)
  • Prior evaluator certification and experience conducting evaluations across ABM/WD/ST crew positions
  • Proficient with USAF systems such as PEX, GTIMS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Secret clearance required

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Retired 13B or 1C5
  • Prior OGV or Wing-level Stan/Eval experience or Stan/Eval Flight Commander/Flight Chief, OGV evaluator, or comparable
  • Experience leading contractor teams or managing government support contracts
  • Microsoft Access proficiency and data analytics experience a plus
  • Familiarity with inspection readiness programs (IGUE, MAJCOM SAVs)

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
