Job Summary:
Seeking a Multimedia Associate to create dynamic visual content including 2D/3D animations, simulations, graphics, photography, videography, and audio for use in training materials, IETMs, and technical documentation. This role involves end-to-end multimedia production-storyboarding, asset creation, shooting/editing media, and ensuring adherence to MIL-STDs and project guidelines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Animate, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and digital media tools is required. Experience with DoD standards, Microsoft Office tools, and multimedia integration for web, mobile, and standalone applications is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating 3D animation and simulations for incorporation in Computer Based Training (CBT) and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs).
- Designing and producing graphics in support of curriculum, technical manuals, training aids, and technical documentation.
- Conducting photoshoots and manipulating digital photography.
- Capturing and editing videography and audio.
- Applying industry practices, techniques, and principles.
- Adhering to applicable MIL-STD, style guide, or instruction.
- Creating storyboards and presentations that depict customers' vision.
- Creating and maintaining trackers for developing, planning, and scheduling purposes.
- Maintaining records and file management
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in a related discipline.
- Proficient in Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Experience with digital camera and associated equipment.
- Experience in storyboarding and presentations/briefs.
- Proficient on PC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DOD industry.
- Experience with MIL-STDs.
- Experience with Microsoft products to include:
- Project
- Teams
- Word
- Excel
- Outlook.
