About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Lead LAN Administrator to join us.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the project and all consultants supporting the DHS CSA locations that includes team scheduling, performance reporting, personnel issue management
  • Provided IT support on network and AD infrastructure projects.
  • Managed OnPrem ADDS infrastructure DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO.
  • Maintained consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements.
  • Coordinated pickup and delivery of IT resources for the infrastructure.
  • Provided recommendations for IT equipment and software.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to servers, printers, & AD.
  • Used Windows Update to remediate Windows patches.
  • Managed user accounts in AD On-Prem and Azure ADDS. Created Azure Users, resource groups, and VM

Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:
  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in the specific discipline required by the State.
  • Two (2) additional years of experience may be substituted for the required education.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in a computer-related field.


Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

Candidate must have at least eight (8) years of combined new and related older technical experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Fingerprint background investigation.

Min Citizenship Status Required: H 1B

Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position
