Responsibilities for the Corporate Communications Specialist:
- Drive strategic communications planning and execution across internal and external channels within a learning organization
- Develop high-impact messaging and positioning for executive leadership and key initiatives
- Write and edit scripts, speeches, and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences
- Partner with senior leaders to shape narratives that support business goals and culture
Qualifications for the Corporate Communications Specialist:
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive messaging, or strategic content development
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- Proven ability to write and edit executive-level communications, including scripts and speeches
- Strong background in messaging strategy, positioning, and storytelling
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
Compensation/Benefits for the Corporate Communications Specialist:
- Salary/Rate Range: $50 - $55/ hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave (as required by law), and Holidays
