Novacoast Staffing is currently seeking a Sr. Network Security Engineer/ BlueCoat Proxy Engineer for a remote, 7-month estimated project role. In this role, you will be assisting our Enterprise-sized customer in the full upgrade of its BlueCoat S410 Series Proxy appliances. Additionally, you will ensure setup for proper monitoring and optimization in maintaining a secure, efficient, and reliable network infrastructure through your expertise in proxy server technologies, configuration fine-tuning/ troubleshooting, and network security practices.
Required Experience:
* 7+ years' experience with IT security, networking and enterprise technologies
* Recent hands-on experience designing, upgrading, and troubleshooting the BlueCoat Proxy S410 Series required.
* 2-3 years of experience in a customer facing consultancy role a huge plus
* BlueCoat Certified Proxy Professional (BCCPP) or BlueCoat Certified Proxy Administrator (BCCPA) certification is a huge plus
