Asset Manager

Our work depends on an Asset Manager joining our team to bring significant experience overseeing logistics, and management of maintenance and warranty. The asset manager is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of asset data and processes to maintain the data, achieving all Service Level Agreement metrics, for both classified and SBU environments for DoD and other Federal Agencies.
HOW A LOGISTICS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Manages the fulfillment of customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
• Serve as the GDIT primary representative responsible for total network asset visibility
• Ensure SLA compliance for all asset related measurements
• Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators
• Oversee resolution of warranty and/or other asset repair actions
• Provide accurate reporting of inventory supply levels and equipment statistics
• Manage and integrate the services of subcontractors and vendors
• Support program reviews and briefings; identify and report on issues or related problems and potential risks.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• 5+ years' experience in enterprise IT operations
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in the management of large-scale, enterprise IT and telecommunication assets
• ITIL v3 certification
• Demonstrated experience managing assets in multiple sites
• Demonstrated experience in DoD infrastructure and network operations
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices
• Working knowledge of managing classified enterprise IT and telecommunication asset inventories and operations
• Working knowledge of managing and maintaining the hardware and software replacement life cycle and the management of consumables and sparing inventories.
• Experience in achieving SLA compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Location: On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required
