FishEye Software is seeking highly skilled and motivated Software Engineers to join our radar software development team. In this critical role, you will help design, develop, test, and integrate advanced radar software solutions that directly contribute to the success of key defense programs and the advancement of next-generation radar technologies.
This position requires an Active DOD Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Woburn, MA.
What You'll Do:
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle-from architecture and design to integration, verification, and field support-within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Develop and maintain radar software that supports real-time operations on embedded platforms.
• Apply your knowledge of DevSecOps practices to support continuous integration, delivery, and security throughout the development process.
• Collaborate closely with system engineers and other stakeholders to deliver robust, mission-critical radar systems that enhance national defense capabilities.
What We're Looking For:
• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years' relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Ada programming within Linux environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in radar systems software development and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, including hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and version control tools such as ClearCase, SVN, Bitbucket and Git.
• Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience scripting in Perl and Python.
• Familiarity with missile defense systems and large-scale radar deployments
