Description:In this role, you will:
• Identify and resolve issues addressing recurring issues impacting Scrap, Rework, and Repair (SRR) hours on the F-35 Flightline.
• Provide second shift Flightline support to include defining process specifications, interpreting blueprints, and providing innovative solutions to repairs.
• Support continuous improvement efforts with innovative tooling and process improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Basic Root Cause Corrective Action skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting Engineering Blueprints and Process Specifications.
• Experience solving technical issues and creating repair solutions.
• Experience with CATIA and/or AutoCAD
• Ability to obtain and maintain secret clearance per business requirements
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline or four years work experience in lieu of degree
• Tool design and creation.
• Experience with JTD/DOMMS/SFM/CAPP/QADS/VAS.
• Secret Clearance.
• Experience working in Manufacturing environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
