Description:
You will be the Test Engineer Senior, working as part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supplier Quality Management team, to ensure the quality of special processes used by subtier suppliers in the production of hardware for multiple LM Aero programs.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance after start. The selected candidate will be required to travel 50%-75% to supplier sites.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an Engineering discipline with 5 years of experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience/combined education.
- Special process experience or M&P (Materials and processing) Engineering experience
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time.
Desired Skills:
- Auditing experience
- Experience managing subtier suppliers
- Ability to work independently
- Experience delivering presentations to leadership and customers
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Ensuring subtier compliance to contractual quality requirements, as they relate to LM Aero product.
- Traveling 50%-75% to supplier sites to perform surveillance and risk assessments, and to collaborate with executive leadership.
