ManTech seeks a motivated, career-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Springfield, Virginia. This position supports the Office of Expeditionary Operations (IX) as part of the Front Office team, responsible for providing strategic planning, advanced data analytics, and special project support for ongoing deployment operations within the customer's Volunteer Deployment Team (NVDT).

The Data Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to make informed mission decisions in real time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Design, develop, and manage a knowledge portal utilizing Tableau to centralize and visualize operational data.
  • Analyze and structure deployment-related data to improve future collection methods and operational support.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and metrics that update with new data, driving improvements in operational performance.
  • Create spatially enabled dashboards that display assets, equipment, personnel, cargo, and supply locations worldwide.
  • Identify and build data trends to support forecasting and mission planning.
  • Collaborate with DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) partners to align deployment capabilities and requirements.
  • Provide expert analysis and briefings to senior leadership (SES, DISL, and Flag Officer levels) at update and status meetings.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 11+ years of relevant experience in a functional or cross-functional business/mission area (government or industry).
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of additional equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization software (Tableau required).
  • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to brief and engage senior DoD/IC leadership.
  • Familiarity with DoD and IC operations and interagency relationships.
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) experience.
  • Knowledge of DoD deployed environments and operations.

Clearance Requirement:
  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Polygraph

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operate a computer and standard office equipment (copier, scanner, printer).
  • Frequently communicate with coworkers, management, and customers, including delivering presentations.
