This role provides technical oversight for system requirements, testing, and risk management, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test missile and launcher systems & subsystems and their training assets.
- Integrate missile and launcher systems and subsystems on various aviation and ground platforms.
- Provide technical oversight for program and system requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements and manage interface documentation.
- Lead or support testing activities and technical evaluations of contractor proposals.
- Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years related aerospace engineering experience.
- Experience with US Army missile and Launcher systems and test sets.
- Active DoD secret clearance.
- Experience in aerospace systems design, testing, or program engineering.
- Knowledge of propulsion, structures, and guidance/control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering and Technical Management Certification
