This position serves as the primary liaison between our team and the Government, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with all contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act with full delegated authority when the Contract Manager is unavailable.
- Maintain continuous awareness of operational status, staffing, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to maintain performance standards.
- Assist with quality assurance, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- Support onboarding and training for new staff members.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Program Management, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience supporting or managing large-scale DoD or Federal IT programs.
- Experience with Zero Trust, ICAM, Microsoft 365 IL5, and ITIL4 processes.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret clearance: Top Secret preferred.
