The Opportunity
NexTech Solutions (NTS) is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will maintain customer relationships to provide deployment of projects, reports and briefings as required by the customer. The project manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring successful completion of program goals and objectives, as well as ensure all programs are ran within scope, time, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent technical projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and align efforts across internal teams, including development, QA, operations, and customer support
- Serve as the first point of contact for contract related customer issues, escalating and coordinating resolution as needed
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, management, and customers
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve conflicts
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Facilitate project meetings and foster effective communication among team members and across departments
- Manage project scope and change requests
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
