Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a federal government program in the Washington, DC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications across the full technology stack. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications and services.
- Build secure, scalable solutions across both front-end and back-end environments.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, UI/UX, and QA.
- Develop and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, performance, and security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps pipelines.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship (required).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or C#).
- Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, SAML, JWT).
- Prior experience on federal or government IT programs.
