 Major Duties Responsibilities: 
Under the supervision of the Property and Warehouse Manager, incumbent supports the General Services Office (GSO) supply and inventory operations at the Embassy. Maintains property accountability records for non-expendable property and equipment.

Under the supervision of the Property and Warehouse Manager, incumbent supports the General Services Office (GSO) supply and inventory operations at the Embassy. Maintains property accountability records for non-expendable property and equipment.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Issues household furniture, appliances, and furnishing to residences, preparing documentation and records as needed.
 - Responsible for tracking service requests, handling customer inquiries, tracking work requests, and providing feedback to customers on status of requests.
 - Prepares purchases requests for the property section.
 - Receives, warehouses and issues supplies.
 - Responsible for unpacking and matching items with procurement order, for all incoming shipments and prepares receiving reports.
 - Assists with performing annual physical inventories of all Embassy office and residential furniture and equipment.
 - Assists Property Manager with make-readies and other housing duties.
 - Prepares reports on items as required, including but not limited to; stock on hand, open RFP's, usage by item, etc.
 - Maintains internal control and cleanliness of multi-located warehouse spaces.
 - Schedules and ensures delivery of furniture, safes, appliances, supplies and equipment and oversees the unloading and loading of delivery trucks.
 - Assists Property Manager with organization for delegations and meetings.
 - Assists with maintaining the organization and orderliness of the warehouses.
 - Assist with any projects or duties as assigned by S/GSO and A/GSO
 
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older, have completed secondary school or obtained a GED and possess a valid driver's license.
 - A minimum of 2-years' prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and administrative experience is required.
 - Must be physically fit to perform manual labor and lift at least fifty (50) pounds.
 - The applicant must have knowledge of PCs, PC-based software (MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel) as well as knowledge of and experience in automated inventory management databases.
 - A Top-Secret clearance.
 - A B.A. degree may be substituted for work experience requirements.
 - Must be a U.S. Citizen.
