Description
Leidos Dig Mod Health IT division is seeking a skilled and collaborative Technical Project Manager to provide support for a highly visible Information Technology (IT) services effort for Health Human & Human Services (HHS) in Rockville, MD.
The Technical PM will conduct site surveys, provide oversight of technical projects that require specific and detailed review from deployment to delivery. Meet with customer for status reviews and coordinate with senior contract management team on status, roadblocks and project spending as required.
Candidate MUST:
Be able to work onsite 1-2 days per week, locally available for on-site support in Rockville, MD, or Washington, DC.
Be a US Citizen or US Person who has lived in the United States for at least three consecutive years and have the ability to obtain a Public Trust level 4 clearance.

Pay Range: Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of technical projects, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation.
- Create project plans, setting milestones, and manage project schedules.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Facilitating communication among team members, stakeholders and management team. Participate in, or facilitate, technical meetings, conference calls and work groups with Program staff and stakeholders. Provide meeting facilitation services and create meeting agendas, meeting minutes for face-to-face and online meetings.
- Provide the necessary, centralized administration, documentation and other related functions, requirements gathering and development tasks.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigating strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders and customer for providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent and 4+ years of technical experience related to it.
- Prior technical project management experience
- Experience with managing 24/7, 365 environments
- PMP Certification
- Experience in working and/or supporting one or more technical areas such as systems engineering, security, infrastructure, network and operations support or other similar type
of projects. - Experience working with multiple technologies and environments such as Windows, Linux, Azure Cloud, APIs, Splunk.
- Experience planning, scheduling, budgeting, and technical expertise to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of technical projects, including defining project scope, objectives, requirements, timelines and resource allocation.
- Experience creating project plans, setting milestones, and managing project schedules.
- Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Proficiency in project and technical management methodologies (Agile, ITIL) and tools (ServiceNow Project Management, MS Project, etc.).
Desired Qualifications:
- ITIL 4 certification
- Experience with working within HHS agencies, highly desired.
- Technical certification in one or more knowledge areas such as AWS, Azure, Network, VMWare or similar.
Clearance Required:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust throughout employment.
