Who You Are
Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management,
Senior
responsible for the management of supplier cost,
schedule.
Reporting to the BAE Mission Systems & Weapons Integration team in IS&P
What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for the management of supplier
cost, schedule and technical performance on
complex build-to-print subcontracts for DOD
programs. Hold procurement delegation and
signs supplier agreements and purchase orders
within established authority. Lead the
development of subcontract specifications, work
statements, and terms and conditions for the
procurement of specialized materials, equipment,
and services for subcontract systems in support
of development, production and global
sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders'
conferences, develops evaluation criteria,
analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate
subcontract provisions including price, select or
recommend subcontractors, write subcontract
packages, prepare awards and administer
resulting subcontracts and required change
activity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited
college/university
Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/or
Subcontract Management experience
Experience working with price analysis and
negotiations
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
Sustainment process knowledge and experience
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
(DFAR)
Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems,
Applications and Processes (SAP)
Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing
priorities
Excellent organization skills
Strong communication (written, verbal and
presentation) skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated
Complex problem solving skills
Procurement experience within aerospace
technologies or similar industry
Ability to work independently and in a team
environment
Understanding of Project Management principles and techniques to organize and drive action results
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
