Description:
You will be the Sustainment Engineer for the After Market Enterprises (AME) team. Our team is responsible for integrating comprehensive logistics, creating sustainment plans, and supporting the lifecycle of products to ensure they meet requirements in a technically feasible, timely, and affordable manner.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Sustainment Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the AME sustainment program, ensuring the final product or system meets requirements and is delivered on time. You will work closely with the Sustainment Operations Depot Lead and other stakeholders to achieve this goal.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Reporting and data analysis
• Maintaining open lines of communication with Field Service Representatives
• Coordinating logistics efforts, including supply-related services and material movements
• Tracking calibrated tooling and ensuring date compliance
• Providing logistical support for multiple contracts
• Coordinating with program Point of Contacts (POCs) to provide timely status updates
• Interfacing with multiple functional groups to achieve completion of sustainment activities

This position is in Grand Prairie, TX.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience/combined education or previous Military experience.
Knowledge of shipping/receiving/warehousing activities
Able to execute warehouse tasks that involve lifting items that weigh 40 lbs
Able to operate material handling equipment (pallet stacker, forklift, etc)
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
Proficiency/experience using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience troubleshooting the M270A1 and/or HIMARS launchers.
Must possess a detailed understanding of the MLRS M270A1 and/or HIMARS system to include: fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of MLRS M270A1/HIMARS electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems.
Desired Skills:
Active Secret Clearance
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
Technical writing experience and an ability to perform oral presentations in front of large groups.
Experience with the government DD250 Process
Familiar with Electrostatic Discharge Procedures
Electric standup pallet stacker or forklift experience
Experience with the Army supply system
Military experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
