You will be a Senior Proposal Analyst, responsible for developing, planning, and scheduling proposals that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality proposals that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Proposal Analyst, you will compile cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop proposals that meet RFP specifications. You will coordinate with functional departments to collect and analyze data, research and analyze historical data to develop cost models, and participate in fact-finding meetings and contract negotiations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and scheduling proposals that meet customer needs and RFP specifications
• Compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop proposals
• Coordinating with functional departments to collect and analyze data
• Researching and analyzing historical data to develop cost models and support proposal efforts
• Participating in fact-finding meetings, should-cost and pricing reviews, and contract negotiations

Basic Qualifications:
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and
Powerpoint
*Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
*Self-Starter
*Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database
systems
*Attention to detail
*Strong financial/analytical orientation
*Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication
skills
Desired Skills:
*Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including
EFS preferred or ProPricer experience.
*US Army/AMCOM customer experience
*Experience working as part of a Joint Venture
*Experience with IDIQ proposals/contracts
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
