Core Responsibilities:
Primary Duties
- Serve as the on-site interface with the Government COR for the 14E training program.
- Supervise daily activities of 14E instructors to ensure compliance with Army standards.
- Coordinate weekly staffing updates, scheduling, and backfill of vacancies.
- Support Program Manager in Quality Assurance, reporting, and corrective action processes.
- Ensure instructors maintain certifications, qualifications, and compliance with TRADOC regulations.
- Assist with preparation of monthly in-process reviews (IPRs).
- Help implement training material updates and validation efforts.
- Contribute to program-level risk management and quality control oversight.
- Graduate of MOS 14E course.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Air Defense Artillery (14E) MOS.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in training/instructor roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Active SECRET clearance (must be maintained throughout contract).
- Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course (within 90 days).
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
- 14E10 Instructor Course Certification.
