Business Development - Mission Integration Analyst Principal
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Engagement Planning
- Coordinate customer engagement scheduling, both internally and externally and organize same in Office 365 and Salesforce
- Reserve and secure venues, considering capacity, security requirements, logistics, and accessibility.
- Help develop detailed event plan, timelines and schedules in coordination with meeting host for classified customer engagements, identify areas of potential conflict between business areas
- Coordinate event details and requirements with Security, IT, Facilities and Administrative Assistants including but not limited to attendance, catering, facility arrangements and work orders, A/V, visitor certifications, etc.
- Assist developing and curating content for customer engagements.
- Follow established procedures to transfer briefing content and artwork between computers of varying security levels in support of classified briefing content
- Oversee assignment of tasks and responsibilities to facilitate customer engagement plan and execution
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown according to plan
- Monitor event flow and address any issues that arise
- Assist with visitor escort onsite
- Ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to the established timeline and specifications
- Assist meeting host with conducting post-event evaluations and debriefings
- Draft customer engagements, including attendee data, in Salesforce
- Analyze event performance to identify areas for improvement
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 Years or equivalent experience
- Experience with MS Office 365
- Must currently possess a U.S. Secret Clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- US Top Secret Clearance
- Organization or Defense experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to collaborate across a variety of teams
