- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain databases in Teradata and Databricks using robust ETL pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to make processes leaner, faster, and smarter.
- Create dashboards and reports that tell a clear story for decision-makers.
- Dive into large, unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Work side by side with client stakeholders to support requirements and analysis.
- Ensure data meets strict privacy, compliance, and defense security standards.
- 3-10 years of experience in a data-focused role (federal experience = a plus).
- Strong skills in SQL and Python (automation and analysis are your thing).
- Knowledge of databases and scripting.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (Cognos, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Strong ETL background: building pipelines, combining sources, optimizing flows.
- Teradata expertise (Multiloads, BTEQs, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- You'll directly support federal missions that matter.
- You'll expand your toolkit with modern data platforms.
- You'll be part of a high-energy, problem-solving team.
