Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000/year (DOE)
Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance.

The role requires strong technical expertise in SQL and Python, with the opportunity to expand into modern tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, and advanced visualization platforms. Candidates with knowledge of Teradata and ETL pipelines will thrive in this environment, while an understanding of modern trends in data science is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple source systems in varied formats.
- Maintain and update databases in Teradata and Databricks using documented ETL processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings in a clear, user-friendly format.
- Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify insights that inform strategic and financial decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple client stakeholders to support requirements gathering and analysis.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with defense-related regulations and security standards.
- 3-10 years of experience in a data-focused role; prior federal experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and other scripting languages for analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with database management principles and script development.
- Experience with SQL query engines such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Redshift.
- Knowledge of visualization tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Qlik) and visualization techniques.
- Strong ETL experience, including creating and maintaining load processes and combining disparate data sources.
- Teradata expertise (e.g., Multiloads, BTEQs, and other Teradata procedures) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited university.
