Location: Atasehir - Istanbul PMO | Department: Proposals & Procurement

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Architect or Civil Engineer with a strong architectural background to lead proposal and procurement activities. You will work closely with vendors, consultants, and technical teams to develop competitive proposals and manage procurement for design packages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders and bids, including material takeoffs and vendor quotations.
• Manage procurement of services and materials, vendor selection, pricing, contracts, and approvals.
• Coordinate technical submissions and follow through until client/consultant acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with US (CSI), EU/BS, and international codes and standards.
• Develop vendor relationships and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with architectural experience.
• 5-10 years in proposal, tender, or procurement roles.
• Strong knowledge of US and EU/BS codes (CSI preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative professional.
• Must be currently residing in Istanbul.
