Proposal & Procurement Specialist – Electrical Systems

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in power distribution and telecommunication systems. This role will support international project tenders by managing electrical design inputs and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Review electrical design documents and generate BOQs for LV, MV, and ELV systems.
• Manage procurement of electrical components (transformers, panels, cabling, lighting, etc.).
• Coordinate technical submittals and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support the integration of telecom, IT, and fire alarm systems in proposals.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, CSI, and international electrical codes.
• Collaborate with consultants and site teams to meet project technical needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in electrical systems procurement or proposal support.
• Familiarity with power, lighting, ELV, telecom, and structured cabling.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluent in English; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsive.
• Must be currently residing in Istanbul.
