COLSA is recruiting an experienced Program Manager to join our team in support of NASA to manage a major subcontract.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
  • Manages overall subcontract*
  • Ensures the management of contract budgets (excluding indirect budgets) *
  • Manages the performance of personnel assigned to the contract *
  • Ensures that staffing, direct charge resources, equipment, etc., are adequate for successful completion of the contract *
  • Manages contract execution and growth*
  • Ensures customer satisfaction *
  • Assists in proposal preparation and leads proposals for rebid of contract *
  • Complies with all corporate policies and procedures*
  • Serves as liaison between department and other departments as well as with outside customers, regulatory personnel, etc.
  • Reports to Vice President*

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • Minimum of 15 years program related experience in related areas with at least 10 years functional or program management experience
  • Must be able to pass NASA background investigation for a position of Public Trust (U.S. Citizenship Required)
  • Extensive knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures
  • Experience charting & executing NASA's strategic IT roadmap with Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) perspectives
  • Experience managing large cross functional teams, experience in measuring, tracking, improving, and reporting on SLR/SLA's/KPI's, and experience working Enterprise ITSM Business Processes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in related field
  • Experience supporting NASA CIO executive leadership team
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
