Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Manages overall subcontract*
- Ensures the management of contract budgets (excluding indirect budgets) *
- Manages the performance of personnel assigned to the contract *
- Ensures that staffing, direct charge resources, equipment, etc., are adequate for successful completion of the contract *
- Manages contract execution and growth*
- Ensures customer satisfaction *
- Assists in proposal preparation and leads proposals for rebid of contract *
- Complies with all corporate policies and procedures*
- Serves as liaison between department and other departments as well as with outside customers, regulatory personnel, etc.
- Reports to Vice President*

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- Minimum of 15 years program related experience in related areas with at least 10 years functional or program management experience
- Must be able to pass NASA background investigation for a position of Public Trust (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Extensive knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures
- Experience charting & executing NASA's strategic IT roadmap with Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) perspectives
- Experience managing large cross functional teams, experience in measuring, tracking, improving, and reporting on SLR/SLA's/KPI's, and experience working Enterprise ITSM Business Processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- Experience supporting NASA CIO executive leadership team
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
