In this role,you support the Process Certifications team as an equipment, process, and tools certifier in Sunnyvale. This will involve driving to the various buildings, to perform certifications as defined by Manufacturing Certification Procedures (MCP). These certifications involve the testing of Process, tools and equipment such as ESD benches, heat guns, cleanrooms. Additional tasks will also include review of specifications, certification procedures, and MetNet profiles.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in technical discipline (e.g., engineering field) or equivalent discipline (e.g., math, physics, chemistry, etc.).
• Experience with processing equipment (resistance meters, pH meters, multimeters)
• Ability to comprehend and interpret drawings, work instructions, schematics, and specifications
• Familiar with manufacturing processes, use of hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance and US Citizenship required
Desired Skills:
• Previous work experience in an Aerospace Environment, chemical, electronics and mechanical background or related work experience in adjacent field.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance understanding and application are important.
• Good understanding of both chemical and electrical skills is desired.
• Basic electrical, mechanical and test understanding. -Experience in Automation Framework, SAP, and METNET.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
