TIAG is currently hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to support our team at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) based out of Glynco, GA location. This position is primarily remote. This position requires a Secret level security clearance to be processed to start work, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement.

Cybersecurity Analyst Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security program
  • Provide support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design, and implementation of security related to IT systems
  • Oversee the efforts of security staff to design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to security requirements
  • Manage and update systems in the customer repository such as CSAM
  • Gather and organize technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs.
  • Perform Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities to achieve Authority To Operate (ATO).
  • Implement and enforce information system security policies, standards, and methodologies.
  • Support and assist with the conversion from NIST Rev 4 to Rev 5
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods related to cybersecurity.
  • Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation in accordance with DHS and FEMA guidance.
  • Develop and maintain system security plans, configuration management plans, implementation statements, incident response plans, and other Information Assurance (IA) documents.
  • Conduct technical vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities in the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
  • Maintain, monitor, open, close, and update POA&Ms.


Required Experience:
  • 2+ years of IT Security-related experience, including a minimum of two (2) years of FISMA experience, may be substituted if a B.S. degree is not held
  • Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on compliance experience
  • Secret clearance
  • IAM/IAT Level II certification required
  • Additional technical certification desired - (CCNA, VCP, MCSE)

Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per hour
