Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Administrator/Configurator to support the Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) program. This role involves working directly with Air Force clients to elicit requirements, design and configure Teamcenter PLM environments, and support classified installations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Siemens Teamcenter, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit and document functional requirements from clients.
• Conduct trade-space analysis to recommend efficient and effective Teamcenter configurations.
• Install and configure Siemens Teamcenter, including BMIDE, workflows, and integrations with ancillary systems (e.g., SQL Server).
• Size and recommend infrastructure (VMs, CPUs, RAM, GPUs) in coordination with system administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter issues, coordinating with GTAC and other support teams.
• Analyze and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, ISSEs, SMEs, and network/infrastructure teams.
• Create technical documentation and client briefings.
• Support Agile and DevSecOps development environments.
Required Qualifications
• U.S. Citizen with an active or recent (within 5 years) Top Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years of experience in digital engineering and PLM systems, with a focus on Siemens Teamcenter.
• Proficiency in Teamcenter installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows and Linux OS platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital engineering interoperability and multi-CAD environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain IAT II certification (e.g., Security+).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Air Force or AFNWC programs.
• Familiarity with the LRSO program and classified environments.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL databases.
• Knowledge of other digital engineering tools (e.g., Dassault, Autodesk).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Located near Eglin AFB or willing to work onsite for classified support.
