You will be the System Engineer Sr., Hardware Integration for the Skunk Works (Advanced Development Program) team. Our team turns visionary aircraft into reality and is known for building the finest military aircraft in the world.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Hardware Integration System Engineer you will participate in technical exchange meetings, interface with customers (internal/external) and contribute to a broad range of program deliverables.
Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Perform system integration, test and troubleshooting of various hardware/software configurations
• Installing of equipment in server racks and updating of the Lab(s) inventory
• Design and integrate hardware equipment for the Systems Integration Labs (SIL)
• Establish Hardware-In-The-Loop (HWIL)/Closed-Loop development and testing in the Systems Integration Lab (SIL)
• Interface with software developers and systems engineers in support of verification activities
• Product integration, regression, and verification testing including checkout in system test labs.
• Integrating hardware from sub-system teams, interface with other elements, and the system and segment level teams
• Apply the principles of engineering to design components and systems using applicable standards and specifications
• Maintain design documentation and follow configuration management requirements

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field
• Demonstrated experience with Avionics Systems Integration and Test or Laboratory Hardware development and buildup
Desired Skills:
• Avionics and SIL experience/background, planning and I&T experience / background, experience with requirements development and integration and test processes, strong laboratory skills, flight test experience
• Experience with Sub-System Integration, working in a System Integration Lab and troubleshooting system integration anomalies
• Experience in computing systems (Processing, Network, Storage, Display technologies)
• Experience modifying and maintaining system test procedures.
• Proficiency in cable fabrication, installation and troubleshooting (BNC, ENET, RF, Fiber Optic,
data).
• Experience with the deployment and configuration management of hardware components
• Experience in LabView
• Experience with RF design and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with communications protocols such as USB, ethernet, serial and video
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
