Description:What You Will Be Doing
IFG & AMMM Production CAM and Proposal Support Manager - Lead a team to provide technical guidance on Earned Value compliance as well as the Cost, Schedule, and Technical scope of work.

Will establish and lead the Earned Value tempo for the IFG and AMMM Production Team, inclusive of daily/weekly/monthly shop floor task management.

Position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key Earned Value and Proposal events to include Basis of Estimates (BOE), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), annual Comprehensive Estimate At Complete (CEAC), and contract definitization and baselining activities for Production Operations.

Lead team to manage overhead expenditures, develop Basis Of Estimates used for proposal and negotiations, budget baseline, control account/work package planning, and maintain baseline change control.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience with Earned Value Management and/or production processes associated with development, implementation and management of cost and schedule performance baselines

2. Experience analyzing cost, schedule, and technical data

3. Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling format

4. Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
• Certification as a Control Account Manager (CAM) with prior CAM responsibilities
• Hands-on familiarity with LM Aero Earned Value (EV) metrics, reports, processes, and data structures
• Advanced knowledge of Aerospace Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and procedures (including understanding of ANSII guidelines) with specific application to LM Aeronautics products
• Familiarity with LM Aero scheduling systems used to plan and track performance
• Familiarity using SAP queries and investigating issues
• Advanced understanding of aircraft production processes and infrastructure (SAP, PDM, ICA, Catia, SFM/CAPP) for Fabrication and Assembly
• Project Management experience and skills developing and managing a resource loaded schedule
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite of tools
• Experience with Corrective Action and Problem Solving
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation and time management skills.
• Ability to quickly learn, assimilate, adapt to, and successfully execute constantly changing direction from leadership

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
