You will be the Mult Func Mfg Planner Mgr for the Missiles and Fire Control - Dallas team. Our team is responsible for managing the Production Planning and Control function.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Mult Func Mfg Planner Mgr, you will be responsible for managing the Production Planning and Control function for Missiles and Fire Control - Dallas, including the management and staffing of approximately direct and indirect reports.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the Production Planning and Control function
  • Staffing and leading a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Overseeing functional areas of responsibility, including Production Hardware reps, PDRR, Shook and 14th street facilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Previous Leadership Experience
• Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System)
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal/external customers.
• Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing knowledge
• Experience assigning/managing projects to organizational unit by leading team of managers and/or staff to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and time sensitive operational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage functional leaders in creating, monitoring and reporting on all executive operations metrics.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Greenbelt certified or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
