MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. The position is onsite.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implement and manage a comprehensive Information Assurance (IA) program as outlined in the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG)
- Collaborate across all project levels to integrate IA principles into IT/IM operations
- Promote and embed IA methodologies across operations and developmental efforts, including proactive integration of IA controls into products in development
- Support compliance with IA policies, documentation standards (e.g., Clinger-Cohen Act), and system security/integrity through audits and reviews
- Conduct announced and unannounced IA inspections and support external audits, including the development and documentation of corrective actions
- Continuously analyze existing IA programs and processes, recommending refinements that align with operational and security needs
- Create and maintain Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) for systems under RMF/JSIG
- Provide regular updates to the Program Manager and IT/IM lead on milestones, vulnerabilities, patches, and Designated Authorizing Official (DAO) directives
- Recommend alternative POA&M solutions to minimize operational impacts while maintaining security postures
- Up to 10% local travel
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Cyber Security role
- DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification (CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+, CND or SSCP) or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Experience creating policy or procedure documentation in support of RMF packages
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience auditing or working in a Windows environment
- Pervious implementation of JSIG in a SAP environment
- Splunk experience
- Nessus experience
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required and an active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years
- Candidate must be open to CI poly
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time
- Must be able to move about inside the office and datacenter to access IT equipment
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to observe and detect employee deviations from established policy
