What You'll Do
- Develop, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple facility buildouts.
- Align schedules with key project milestones, deliverables, and sub-schedules.
- Gather daily inputs from engineering, logistics , and operations teams to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Communicate complex schedule data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyze the impact of delays, design changes, and resource shifts on overall timelines.
- Brief project managers and stakeholders regularly on schedule status and critical paths.
- Identify schedule risks early and help develop effective mitigation strategies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in planning/scheduling or related field.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance.
- Proven experience managing Integrated Master Schedules for complex projects-DoD or construction experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like Microsoft Project, KIDASA Milestones Professional, SSI, and One Pager Professional.
- Strong analytical skills to assess dependencies and schedule impacts.
- Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources into cohesive, actionable schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and with external partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and provide real-time schedule updates.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative spirit and a problem-solving attitude
