SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an On-Site opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidates need to have 2 years of technical support experience.
Work Location: 100% On-Site in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Analyst:

Required Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field. or 2 years of job related work experience.
Required Work Experience: 2 years of technical operations support experience
Required Technologies: Teams, Office, Excel & Windows
CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
Responsibilities of the Workstation Support Analyst:
This role will be responsible for leading workstation support initiatives across various projects
Managing PC imaging and deployment processes. Installing and configuring software applications
Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues

We have a sub team of 4 members of the greater team of 70 for all of Workstation Support.
Work Location: 100% On-Site in Columbia, SC.
