The Contractor must be responsible for employing qualified personnel to perform the services required by this task order. The Contractor must have the personnel, organization, and administrative controls necessary to ensure that each task is completed satisfactorily. The contractors must meet the following requirements:
Database Admin:
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience with major database platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) in an AWS cloud environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, database tuning, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with backup/recovery procedures, high availability configurations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of database monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with scheduling and job management in database environments.
• Understanding of database security principles, encryption methods, and access control frameworks.
• FISMA compliance experience or familiarity with federal security standards.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and remediation processes.
• Experience with audit preparation and security documentation.
• Experience supporting application development teams and troubleshooting database issues.
• Background in change management processes and documentation standards.
• Incident response experience with vendor coordination capabilities.
