Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and deliver lesson plans, curricula, and training materials.
- Integrate new policies, tradecraft standards, and doctrine into training programs.
- Maintain and track training records within systems such as AGILE and TDC.
- Provide expert feedback and recommendations to leadership on training effectiveness.
- Mentor analysts, ensuring best practices are shared and adopted.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience (with at least 2 years recent).
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly eligibility).
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
