Program Overview

A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.

About The Role

The Systems Integrator is responsible for researching, analyzing, planning and maintaining integrated IT infrastructure systems and software that ensure seamless communication and functionality across diverse platforms, applications, and technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. This role also includes attending meeting and note taking for supporting the customer's organization. The candidate will support their IT transport infrastructure and Radio Frequency technology teams to assist in integrating various technologies for the customer's organization.

  • System Integration: Design plans to integrate solutions to connect disparate software and IT infrastructure transport systems, APIs, and third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements to develop integration strategies.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct integration testing to ensure systems function as intended, including end-to-end testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, system architectures, and workflows to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
  • Maintenance and Support: Monitor integrated systems, perform regular updates, and provide technical support to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, IT infrastructure teams, system architects, and business analysts to ensure alignment of integration solutions with organizational goals.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure integrated systems adhere to security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability through optimization and automation.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software integration, systems engineering, or a related role.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certifications (preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent.

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
