Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Dive Maintenance Technician/3M Work Center Supervisor/DPAS Specialist in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance
• Process requests
• Maintain records
• Maintain property and conduct monthly inventories
• Provide customer service support

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Navy Dive School Certified (Navy Enlisted Classification [NEC] 5342/Master Diver [MDV] 1 or higher)
• Minimum five years' experience as a certified 5342/MDV1 diver
• Qualification as a Maintenance and Material Management (3M) Maintenance Person, 3M Quality Assurance Craftsman, and 3M Work Center Supervisor
• Qualified in accordance with NAVEDTRA 43910 (Series)
• Factory-trained certification for diving equipment within inventory
• Diver Life Support System (DLSS) Re-Entry Control (REC) Supervisor and Oxygen Clean System Worker certifications
• Ability to operate a forklift with up to a 6,000-pound capacity
• Possess an active/current Secret security clearance
• Possess a valid state driver's license
• Be able to drive Government-owned trucks, forklifts, and vans
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess an excellent work ethic
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Pay strong attention to detail and be highly accurate in performing all tasks
• Perform duties independently, with minimal oversight
• Be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary
