Position Title: Vendor & Contracts Analyst
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Employment Type: Part-Time or Contract
Seeking a Vendor & Contracts Analyst to help us grow partnerships with large IT companies. This role will focus on identifying, applying, and securing vendor onboarding opportunities with enterprise IT firms, system integrators, and government contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience with vendor registration portals, supplier diversity programs, RFP processes, and contract documentation, as well as a strong understanding of the IT services industry.
This is a strategic role critical to our company’s growth, ensuring that we are properly registered, compliant, and positioned to be selected as a staffing or subcontracting partner by larger organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Registration & Onboarding
Research and identify large IT companies, prime contractors, and system integrators with active vendor/supplier programs.
Complete vendor registration forms, supplier applications, and compliance documentation.
Track application status and maintain vendor profiles in corporate procurement systems.
Contract & Compliance Support
Review and coordinate NDAs, MSAs, and subcontract agreements with larger firms.
Ensure compliance with insurance, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., small business certifications, EEO, diversity reporting).
Maintain accurate documentation of vendor agreements and certifications.
Business Development Support
Partner with leadership to identify subcontracting and teaming opportunities.
Support proposal submissions by gathering vendor forms, pricing templates, and corporate information.
Maintain a database of target companies, points of contact, and vendor statuses.
Relationship Building
Serve as a point of contact with vendor management offices at large IT companies.
Build relationships with supplier diversity and procurement teams to expand opportunities.
Coordinate with recruiters and sales staff to align vendor onboarding with staffing needs.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in vendor management, contracts administration, business development, or IT staffing procurement.
Familiarity with IT staffing industry processes (staff augmentation, subcontracting, RFP responses).
Experience completing supplier registration with large enterprises or government entities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday VMS).
Ability to interpret contracts, NDAs, and vendor compliance requirements.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple vendor applications simultaneously.
