Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience managing, developing, and maintaining schedules for discrete projects.
Knowledgeable with EVMS processes, policies, and tools
MS Project required in order to be able to support effective and efficient management of discrete projects.
Desired experience using SSI Tools and/or for Project
Familiar with project management processes and workflow.
documented experience working directly as an EV scheduler on a large (>$20M) earned value DoD contract (minimum 10 years)
-documented experience as the primary scheduler on a large (>$20M) earned value DoD contract (minimum 5 years)
-documented experience managing complex discrete Integrated Master Schedule consisting of Level of Effort (LOE) and multiple independent projects
-documented experience providing support to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Project Managers (PjMs) in the creation of resource loaded proposal development schedules, establishing EV compliant baseline schedules, capturing weekly/monthly project status updates, developing accurate forecast for remaining work, and updating accurate Physical % Complete values for EV performance calculations
-documented experience leading month-end updates (establishing new baselines, capturing approved baseline changes, status and forecast updates) to support the monthly IPMR cycle
-documented experience using SSI Tools (or similar tools) to perform schedule data analysis and create data export bridge files from MS Project to be uploaded into Deltek Cobra
-documented experience performing in-depth schedule analysis, to include but not limited to 14-point assessments, DECM data tests and schedule risk assessments
-documented experience working in a Project Web Application (PWA) server environment as well as the desktop environment utilizing MS Project
-documented experience enforcing strict change control processes and maintaining an IMS in accordance with an Earned Value Management System Description and industry standard EV guidance
