Overview:
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with an active Secret clearance to join a leading aerospace company. In this role, you’ll support secure software development, CI/CD automation, and cloud environments while ensuring compliance with DoD standards.
Must Haves:
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience
Experience with Agile SDLC
Hands-on experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and testing
Scripting/programming in Python, Bash, Shell, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/on-prem cloud
Familiarity with security coding standards and scanning tools (SonarQube, Coverity, etc.)
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Nice to Have:
7+ years DevSecOps experience
Experience with GitLab configuration management & branching strategies
Familiarity with STIG, SCAP, or other cyber scanning tools
Knowledge of software metric automation
