The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $66,000.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports that provide statistical analyses and narratives on vehicle assignments, replacement and/or sales, fuel usage, maintenance and repairs, and vehicle assignments to staff.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives, as statutes and policies require.
- Compose and review briefings, reports, and other types of correspondence for accuracy, continuity, and content.
- Brief management on recommended solutions to program-related issues.
- Assist in establishing administrative procedures for specific programs (i.e., fleet management, financial management.)
- Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the operations of fleet management.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel.
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government or GSA fleet management.
- Background in rental car operations and management.
- Proven experience with vehicle ordering and acquisition.
- Skilled in coordinating delivery and outfitting of leased vehicles.
- Ability to manage financial aspects of fleet management systems.
- Experienced in tracking and overseeing leased vehicle maintenance.
- Proficient in analyzing monthly spending for rental and lease programs.
- Strong experience managing rental contracts.
