The Senior Specialist Program/Project Manager for the USSS is a dedicated AT&T POC for USSS. Leads communications efforts, maintains project schedules, and submits deliverables. Provides the critical personnel on specified projects with consistent support and easy access to AT&T leadership to escalate issues, identify / solve problems and perform additional duties as required by USSS.

- End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting defined quality standards.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guide project execution, status, and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing deliverables, proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues or risks.
- Resource Management and Reporting: Supporting resource management, data analysis, and reporting processes to enhance team collaboration and project/program management performance.

- Account/Project Management experience 3 - 5 years with Government telecom background.
- Broad knowledge in voice and data technology implementation and support.
