The Program Coordinator/Deputy Program Manager (DPM) supports the Program Manager in executing key deliverables for the Iraqi Cultural Advisor (ICA) program. This role manages reporting, administrative operations, and coordinates travel, timekeeping, and visa documentation for on-site staff. The DPM also oversees translation services, maintains the program schedule, and acts as the primary liaison for emergency action planning and client communication. In the Program Manager's absence, the DPM assumes supervisory authority over all program activities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for PROGRAM COORDINATOR/DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER (DPM) (KEY PERSONNEL): Pay commensurate with experience.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR/DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER (DPM) (KEY PERSONNEL) Responsibilities Include:
• The Program Coordinator/DPM will support the Program Manager by providing program deliverables, timekeeping, travel and visa coordination; and will assist in overseeing the day-to-day aspects of the Iraqi Cultural Advisor (ICA) program.
• The Program Coordinator/DPM manages the Emergency Action Plan, and interfaces with Embassy counterparts on the warden notification plan. As DPM, this position will provide daily direct oversight of program operations, customer communication and funding planning.
• This position will have supervisory authority in the absence of the Program Manager.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Primary author of weekly and monthly report deliverables.
• Ensure documentation is submitted on schedule and is compliant with program requirements
• Work with travel management team to support travel of on-site staff
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Program Management Office
• Oversee translation services
• Develop program schedule and perform weekly updates for inclusion in client deliverables
• Provide deployment coordinator support related to transportation, security, and infrastructure deployment
PROGRAM COORDINATOR/DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER (DPM) (KEY PERSONNEL) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
• High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of office management experience; OR a two-year college degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Computer Technology, Web Development or other related field together with two years of office management experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Adobe
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Arabic preferred
• Must possess excellent follow through skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain positive working relationships and work well individually under direct supervision, and as part of a team is also necessary
• Level 4/4 in English is required.
• Level 2/2 in Arabic is required.
