Summary

Plans, coordinates, executes and monitors the schedule for Tampa Training Center students, employees and devices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Executes and monitors the daily schedule.
  • Schedules students and instructors to train in classrooms, desktop and fixed training devices, fuselage trainer and simulators to meet training requirements.
  • Monitors the schedule to accommodate changes due to administrative changes, customer and training requirements, and instructor, maintenance and weather situations.
  • Leads weekly and annual scheduling planning meetings.
  • Coordinates the schedule with customers, instructors, administration staff and simulator technicians.
  • Manages and schedules instructor initial and recurrent training requirements.
  • Assists in student services administrative duties such as training event creation and student in processing.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree.
  • Scheduling Experience: 1 - 2 Years
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
  • Ability to works flexible hours to include nights and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • C-130 experience


Work Environment

The work environment primarily involves a standard office setting but includes potential exposure to electrical shock, moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, airborne particles, and significant noise levels within training device areas.

Physical Demands

The role necessitates the ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs and ladders into simulators or aircraft cockpits; stooping, bending, and crawling. It requires the sensory ability to detect odors or noises indicating potential equipment issues.

Security Responsibilities

Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
